• All prices are listed in EUR or USD depending on the product.

• Payments are securely processed by Stripe or Calendly + Stripe.

• You are responsible for providing accurate personal and payment information.

4. Access to Digital Products

• Access to digital content is delivered immediately after payment, via email or direct download link.

• Ensure you provide a correct and functioning email address.

• If you do not receive your product, contact us at hello@kasialighterlife.com.

5. Consultations (Services)

When booking a session:

• You agree to provide accurate contact information.

• You are responsible for choosing the correct time zone.

• The session link is delivered by email after booking.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Digital Goods Regulations)

6.1 Digital Products — No Right of Withdrawal

By purchasing a digital product, you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you waive your 14-day EU right of withdrawal.

Therefore, digital products are non-refundable once the purchase is completed.

6.2 Services (Consultations)

Refunds or cancellations for consultations follow this policy:

• Cancellations ≥ 24 hours before the session → full refund

• Cancellations < 24 hours → non-refundable

• No-shows → non-refundable

• Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the session

Technical issues preventing the call will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

7.1 Digital Products

Non-refundable due to immediate access, except:

• duplicate purchases

• confirmed technical defects

• payment processing errors

7.2 Consultations

Refunds are handled as described in section 6.2.

All digital products, materials, content, text, graphics, and branding are the exclusive property of Kasia Lighter Life.

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or resell any content without explicit written permission.

We are not responsible for:

• technical failures outside our control

• results of the client’s application of advice or purchased content

Any disputes shall be resolved by courts in The Netherlands.
